Under Norris's leadership, CHC has grown from a one-person consultancy to a highly regarded medical education, communications, and publications planning agency with over 75 employees, a significant majority of whom hold advanced degrees in medicine and related fields (MD, PhD, PharmD, and RPh). CHC also boasts one of the largest and most experienced in-house editorial staffs in the industry.

Currently based in Glen Mills, PA (approximately 25 miles Southwest of Philadelphia), Norris and his team at CHC will soon be moving to larger quarters.
