FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1998--Complete Business Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:CBSI) announced Tuesday that the on-site Year 2000 Software Factory it set up for the State of Michigan was one of the primary reasons the State won a `Best Practice' award for its innovative efforts in Year 2000 remediation.

The award, co-sponsored by PC Week Magazine and the Technology Managers Forum International, was presented to George Boersma, Chief Information Officer for the State of Michigan.
