FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 1999-- Complete Business Solutions, Inc., (Nasdaq:CBSI) has been selected as one of the few `1998 Vendors of the Year' by Time Customer Service, Inc., the Tampa-based information systems division of Time, Inc. This is the first time in its 11-year history that the award was presented to an IS consulting firm. It is typically bestowed upon vendors for their contributions for printing and distributing the dozens of Time, Inc. weekly and monthly periodicals.

The award recognizes vendors who have exhibited extraordinary innovation and quality to the company, consistently deliver on promises, and help the company maintain its competitive advantage in the publishing industry. Harold Samson, the Tampa CBSI Branch Manager who oversees the account, accepted the award at a special ceremony in Tampa, Florida last month.
