CompleTel Chooses TCSI's WorldWin Product Top Systems Integrator Sema Group Integrates WorldWin in CompleTel IT System.

 Corporation (Nasdaq:TCSI), a leading provider of software for the telecommunications industry, today announced that they have signed an agreement with Sema Group Sema Group plc was an Anglo-French IT services company founded in 1988 by the merger of the British CAP Group and the French company, Sema-Metra SA. In 2001 Sema Group plc was acquired by Schlumberger to become SchlumbergerSema. , a world leading European systems integrator, to deliver TCSI's WorldWin(R) Suite of products to CompleTel LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

This transaction is the first opportunity for TCSI to showcase WorldWin in Europe since the company acquired the product last December.

The WorldWin product will provide CompleTel with key benefits such as the ability to quickly identify and define new services, automate service provisioning, and provide an integrated view of the diverse network equipment for network surveillance, control and provisioning.

CompleTel plans to begin offering services immediately, utilizing WorldWin as the key component of its service provisioning process.
