Complaint filed against Pyramid Breweries.SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1996--Pyramid Breweries Inc. (formerly Hart Brewing Inc.) today announced that it was served with a complaint in a purported class action entitled en·ti·tle tr.v. en·ti·tled, en·ti·tling, en·ti·tles 1. To give a name or title to. 2. To furnish with a right or claim to something: Steckman vs. Hart Brewing Inc., et al, Case No. 961077, U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, dated June 14, 1996, against Pyramid Breweries Inc. and certain of its officers and directors and its underwriters. The complaint alleges a failure to disclose certain material information about the company in connection with its prospectus, dated Dec. 13, 1995. Pyramid Breweries believes the allegations of the complaint are without merit and will vigorously defend the suit.
