Competitive Technologies and CCA Industries to Partner on New Product Initiatives and Global Distribution Channels.

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Competitive Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:CTT), a leader in intellectual property licensing, and CCA Industries, Inc. (AMEX:CAW), a manufacturer and marketer of health and beauty aids, have entered into a partnership to bring new products to market and expand CCA's distribution channels outside North America. Under the agreement, CTT will provide unique health and consumer product technologies that fit with CCA's customer segments, and will allow CCA to use CTT's network to develop international distribution channels for CCA products.
