Competition takes inspiration from human rights.

HUMAN RIGHTS organisation are celebrating the forthcoming Human Rights Day with an art competition.

Action for Equality, Support and Anti-Racism (KISA) and the Turkish Cypriot Human Rights Foundation have teamed up to run the competition, which aims to promote and highlight the importance of Human Rights Day on December 10.

Entries can be submitted in two categories; photographs or paintings and posters, before the closing date of December 2. There will be two age groups for each category, 12-18 years old and 18 and over.

ArtWorks is an advanced vector drawing package for RISC OS created by Computer Concepts (now Xara) in 1991. It has been developed by MW Software since 1996.
 in each of the categories will be judged by a panel of seven judges, drawn from Turkish Cypriot, Greek Cypriot and other Ethnic backgrounds.

The four winners will be announced on December 10, each receiving a prize of e1/4300.
