Compensation Experts to Discuss Alternatives to Executive Stock Options in a Fluctuating Market.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 27, 1998--Executive- compensation experts William L. MacDonald, president and chief executive officer of Compensation Resource Group Inc., and Terrence Brown, managing director of Compensation Resource Group, will discuss alternatives to repricing executive stock options at a business roundtable sponsored by the Los Angeles law firm Alschuler Grossman & Pines LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol .

The roundtable will be held Thursday morning, Oct. 29, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in the Verandah Room of the Peninsula Hotel at 9882 Little Santa Monica Blvd. in Beverly Hills, and is by invitation only.

MacDonald has been involved in the design and implementation of compensation and executive-benefits plans for large public and private companies for nearly 20 years. His professional credentials include founder and director of the Merrill Lynch Executive Compensation Division.
