CompcareBlue Rates Highest in Customer Satisfaction; Caredata.com Survey Gives HMO Highest Mark for Customer Satisfaction.

Caredata.com, an Atlanta-based provider of health care information, has released a survey which shows CompcareBlue as having the highest customer satisfaction rating in the Milwaukee metropolitan area.

The Caredata.com survey, which has been released every year since 1994, evaluates 168 managed care health plans in 30 metropolitan areas in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. . The survey, which was conducted from May through August and involved interviews with 29,852 health plan members with the assistance of large and medium-sized employers, is designed to help assess benefit programs and health plan offerings.
