Compatible Systems Announces Compatibility with HP OpenView Network Node Manager; Device Management Tool Fully Interoperable with Industry Leading Software.


BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 1999--

Compatible Systems Corp., the industry leader in hardware-based Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), today announced its latest release of CompatiView, version 5.4, graphical management software that is interoperable with HP OpenView Network Node Manager from Hewlett-Packard Company. Version 5.4 works with Compatible Systems' complete line of IntraPort(TM) VPN (Virtual Private Network) A private network that is configured within a public network (a carrier's network or the Internet) in order to take advantage of the economies of scale and management facilities of large networks.  Access Servers and will ship in December 1999.

HP OpenView Network Node Manager is the market leading network management solution, providing in-depth views of the network in an intuitive graphical format.
