Compass Says ``All Systems Go'' for Y2K.

) has launched an "All Systems Go" awareness campaign to assure its customers that Compass is Y2K See Y2K problem and Y2K compliant.

Compass will also offer free travelers checks from December 20th-December 31st to customers planning to be away from home over the holidays.

"Three years ago, Compass made a commitment to our customers, shareholders and employees that we would be ready for the Year 2000 and we are," Jones stated. "We want our customers to enjoy a happy new year knowing that Compass Bank is a safe, secure place to keep their money and that we are here to serve them well into the new century."
