) Friday announced that its co-underwriters, Cruttenden Roth Inc. and Josephthal Lyon & Ross Inc., exercised their over-allotment option granted in the company's initial public offering by purchasing an additional 123,750 shares of the company's common stock resulting in net proceeds Net Proceeds

The amount received after all costs are deducted from the sale of a piece of property or security.

Notes:
In the case of an investor selling a security, net proceeds represent the proceeds from the sale minus any trading costs (i.e. commissions).
 to the company of $871,200.

On Sept. 3, 1997, the company completed its initial public offering of 1.65 million shares of common stock priced at $8 per share.
