Compass Plastics & Technologies Inc. Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Gumsung Plastics USA.

) Wednesday announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement, following upon an earlier agreement in principle, to acquire the assets and operations of Mexicali, Mexico-based Gumsung Plastics, USA ("Gumsung Plastics"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of South Korea-based Gumsung Plastics, LTD LTD 1 Laron-type dwarfism 2 Leukotriene D 3 Long-term depression, see there 4. Long-term disability .

The closing of the transaction is expected in November, subject to financing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Gumsung Plastics is one of the largest contract manufacturers and assemblers This is a list of assemblers. Hundreds of assemblers have been written; some notable examples are:
  • ASEM-51 - for the Intel MCS-51 family of microcontrollers; runs on DOS, Win32, and Linux.
