) intends to redeem $70,000,000 in face value of its outstanding 12% Senior Subordinated Discount Notes due 2013 for approximately $74.3 million, plus accrued and unpaid cash interest, on June 2, 2008, the first available call date under the indenture. This redemption will be funded with existing sources of liquidity. The company plans to provide the holders of the outstanding subordinated notes with a formal notice of redemption on May 2, 2008.
