Compass Knowledge Holdings Launches Juris Alliance Division with New York Law School.

Compass Knowledge Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:CKNO), an e-learning and distance education provider, today announced the formation of Juris Alliance and the naming of New York Law School as a charter member.

Juris Alliance will deliver critical legal knowledge to working professionals using the latest distance learning delivery technologies. The goal is to provide convenient access to leading law schools and the professional resources of their faculty and research facilities.

The inaugural program offered by Juris Alliance in partnership with New York Law School is a certificate in Mental Disability Law. The 16-week program is designed for practicing lawyers and other professionals working in the areas of mental health services, clinical psychology and psychiatry, mental health advocacy, and social services. New York Law School is the only ABA-approved law school offering a certificate in Mental Disability Law in a distance learning format.

The program will draw upon the legal expertise of professors including Michael L. Perlin, J.D., a preeminent authority on mental disability law, and author of numerous award-winning books on the subject. The program utilizes the Compass Learning System(TM), a multi-dimensional distance learning environment that allows participants to further their education while maintaining their current professional careers.
