 Electronic Bulletin Board, Monday announced that it has completed the acquisition of Compass Knowledge Group Inc. ("Compass"), a Florida corporation.

As part of the acquisition, the company completed a $4 million private funding from the sale of common stock and $1.75 million from the sale of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock Convertible Preferred Stock
