Compass Knowledge Holdings, Inc. (OTC:CKNO), a leading edge provider of Internet-based, distant learning, educational programs, has selected Joel Hagy as a member of the Executive Committee and as Vice President of Compass Knowledge Group, Inc., a subsidiary of CKNO. His primary responsibilities will be to establish new partnerships and alliances and serve as the liaison to integrate those ventures into the Company.

Mr. Hagy brings to Compass over eight years of strategic, global, and M&A experience with three different GE divisions in the US and abroad, most recently as Director of Marketing for GE Harris European Operations. "Leveraging the global reach of the Internet and one of the United States' most coveted exports, higher education, is an exciting and powerful combination," said Mr. Hagy who will lead the company in its initiative to build new partnerships and strategic alliances worldwide.
