His primary responsibilities will be to establish new partnerships and alliances and serve as the liaison to integrate those ventures into the Company.

Mr. Hagy brings to Compass over eight years of strategic, global, and M&A experience with three different GE divisions in the US and abroad, most recently as Director of Marketing for GE Harris European European
