Compaq and Corillian Announce Financial Services Reseller Agreement.

Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ) and Corillian Corp. (Nasdaq:CORI), a leading global provider of eFinance solutions, today announced at the CIAB -- Febraban 2001 show the signing of a financial services reseller agreement to provide financial institutions in Latin America with robust and innovative Internet-based banking services.

Compaq will market, resell and implement Corillian's Voyager Internet banking solution to financial institutions looking to provide Internet banking services to their customers. Through Corillian's Voyager, consumers have real-time access to their financial accounts to conduct various banking transactions and manage their financial history. This agreement extends Corillian's presence in the Latin American market and expands on the previous partner relationship between the two companies -- Compaq is a certified integrator of Voyager and Corillian is a certified Compaq solution partner.
