With the new Presario family, Compaq introduced three new multimedia monitors, including the Compaq Presario 1425 (14-inch, 12.9-inch viewable), 1525 (15-inch, 13.5-inch viewable), and 1725 (17-inch, 15.6-inch viewable). The new multimedia monitors are designed to complement the stunning designs of the new Presario products, with similar shapes and colors, making them attractive for anywhere in the home. All new monitors include a built-in microphone, optimized for the Presarios' full-duplex speakerphone. The monitors also include an innovative digital volume knob and mute controls, that resemble volume controls on today's stereo electronics.
