All ProSignia 300 models come standard with 16MB of ECC memory (Error-Correcting Code memory) A memory system that tests for and corrects errors automatically, very often without the operating system being aware of it, let alone the user.  that is expandable to 208 MB -- using industry standard SIMMs -- and 256 KB of cache memory.
