Compaq Computer Bundles Citadel Technology's WinShield Software; WinShield Setting New Standard in Education Market.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1998--Citadel Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:CITN) has entered a strategic bundling deal with Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ). Compaq announced today that it will be including a French version of Citadel's WinShield software, bundled with their computers as part of their education marketing campaign in France.

Citadel supplied their award winning WinShield software, translated into French for Compaq. Citadel's solidification within the education market began in 1997 with the alliance between Compaq and Microsoft in the Microsoft Tools for Schools Program.
