FactSet provides online integrated database services to the investment community. It anticipates moving approximately 350 employees into the Merritt 7 building in September of 2004.

The move to the new office in Norwalk will enable FactSet to expand its operations while relocating its workforce in a single location. Building 601 is part of the 1.4 million square feet Merritt 7 complex.

Special features of the complex that attracted FactSet include an athletic facility, dining facility, proximity to public transportation and excellent highway access and visibility.

Jeff Gage and Ed Tonnessen at Albert B. Ashforth, Inc.--Corporate Real Estate Brokerage were the sole brokers involved in the lease negotiations on behalf of FactSet. Frank Baker, an attorney with the law firm of Robinson Cole, was counsel for FactSet.
