Omni's core capabilities comprise of the Swiss machines from Marubeni Citizen-Cincom and Tsugami Swiss. This machining practice is ideally suited to perform flexible machining of components, including long, slender components and superior close tolerance machining of complex, detailed features--first part to last. Multi-axis capabilities, high-speed live tooling, high-pressure coolant, back spindle operations and automatic bar loaders are only a few of the features on these machines that enable reduced handling for faster turnaround, lower costs and higher quality for each and every Customer.

For those Customers requiring larger diameter, complex components (up to 2.760" Dia.), Omni offers multi-axis machining through the use of Eurotech, Mori and Okuma Multus turn-mill, machining systems. These machine systems have terrific capabilities to increase efficiency and accuracy valued by demanding Customers.

In addition, Omni's manufacturing capabilities are complemented by Multi-Axis Vertical Milling, Wire and RAM EDM, Precision Vacuum-Vapor Cleaning, Laser Marking and other support functions for a complete part--print to finished product.
