Raytheon has landed a $6.5 million contract from the Office of Naval Research for semiconductor integrated circuits, which will be used in military systems. Raytheon protest of L-3 Communications contract award rejected. L-3 Communications will continue in its lead role to produce at least 78 C-27J Spartan propeller-driven aircraft despite a challenge by Raytheon.
