The sale of Midwest Air to TPG Capital will trigger the immediate vesting of stock options worth millions of dollars for top executives and directors, the airline revealed in a recent regulatory filing. Rank and file employees may benefit as well: In 2002, all Midwest employees received stock options at about $2 per share. Those options can now be exercised at $17 per share. Sep 24, 2007
