Lufthansa Group carriers flew 13.12 billion RPKs in August, a 30.2% increase from the year-ago month, against a 24.6% rise in ASKs to 16.43 billion. Load factor rose 3.5 points to 79.9%. Sep 12, 2007

Lufthansa, Europe's second-largest airline said traffic rose 7.1% to more than 5 million passengers in August. Passenger load factor, a measure of how full an airline's planes are, improved to 79.9% from 76.4% in the year-ago period.
