Austrian Airlines Austrian Airlines AG is the flag carrier airline of Austria, headquartered in Vienna. It operates scheduled sevices to over 130 destinations. Austrian To Launch Regular Iraq Flights. Austrian Airlines said on Thursday it would start regular flights from Vienna to the northern Iraqi city of Arbil twice a week from December 11, nine months after it abandoned a similar plan.
