I was led to your site by an article in the Compouteractive magazine. I paid £20 UK to download your program. But it requires me to register before it will work. In order to register you require your enormously long code to be inserted in the Registration Screen. When I did that the software replied that the code that you gave me was not recognised.
I have had a series of emails from Jonathon twelling me what i must do for hime to investigate what the problem is. That is the start of the second difficulty; he tells me to do things that i am unable to do. He appears unwilling to tell me how to do the things he told me to do. As an example, he told me to "capture a screenshot" and on the first of six pages there is a picture of a keyboard that does not represent the keyboard with this computer, A key smudgily marked "Print Screen System). I don't hacve such a key. A couole of hours ago I told Jonathan that if he was unable to instruct me in language that I could undersdtand, would he just refund the £20 and say "goodbye". He seems to have gone to earth. Whoever your are, can you sort out this mess. The umpteen cookies that you have put on my machine have made things much worse than they were initilly.
