ANASAZI Foundation ANASAZI Foundation [1] is a provider of non-confrontational, nurturing wilderness therapy, residential treatment, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. The ANASAZI concept arose from university wilderness programs begun in 1968 by Larry D. Olsen and Ezekiel C.  is a nonprofit A corporation or an association that conducts business for the benefit of the general public without shareholders and without a profit motive.

Nonprofits are also called not-for-profit corporations. Nonprofit corporations are created according to state law.
 (501c3), licensed and JCAHO-accredited behavioral healthcare provider for adolescents ages 12-17 (including those often labeled as "troubled teens") and young adults ages 18-25.

Recognized internationally for its caring and effective approach, ANASAZI offers a 42-day wilderness treatment program, as well as parenting workshops, leadership and marriage courses, outpatient outpatient /out·pa·tient/ (-pa-shent) a patient who comes to the hospital, clinic, or dispensary for diagnosis and/or treatment but does not occupy a bed.
