Company Changes Name to VirtGame Corp. to Reflect Business Strategy.

VirtGame Drops the "Dot Com" From Its Name to

Complete Business Model as Next Generation Software Provider to

the Gaming and Lottery Industries

VirtGame Corp. (OTCBB:VGTI), a premier provider of Next Generation Software to the gaming and lottery industries, announced today that a Certificate of Amendment has been filed with the Delaware Secretary of State changing the company's official name from "VirtGame.com Corp." to "VirtGame Corp."

VirtGame's CEO, Scott Walker, said, "This action completes VirtGame's transition to the business model as a significant technology company whose mission, passion and focus continues to be to provide software to the gaming and lottery industry throughout the world."

Over the last several months, VGTI has successfully launched PrimeLine Race and Sports Book(TM) 4.0 and has announced software licensing agreements with major land-based operators and significant events such as:

-- Selection of Sense Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:SEHO), a leading provider of
biometrics and micro-sensor identification systems that improve and secure many
business processes, to defeat fraud and underage access.

-- Selection of Digital Envoy's NetAcuity Geographic Targeting Solution
VirtBorder Control, as part of a multi-layer approach to jurisdictional
control, offering online gaming properties the ability to comply with legal
gaming jurisdictions, as well as protection against fraud. This permits one to
determine the geographic location and Internet connection speed of modems, and
pinpoint Internet users on a global, national, state, or city level, making its
online gaming technology one of the most compliant offerings available.

-- Ongoing meetings between VirtGame's President & CEO Scott Walker with Las
Vegas Mayor Goodman. At these meetings, VirtGame proposed an Internet Gaming
Initiative between VirtGame Las Vegas Inc. ("VLVI"), a wholly owned subsidiary
of VirtGame Corp., and the City of Las Vegas, pursuant to which the City would
grant a license to VLVI allowing VLVI to use the City's name and intellectual
property for the purpose of promoting a regulated Internet gaming site. On Jan.
2, 2002, the Las Vegas City Council, voting 6-1, directed its staff to study
the issue with an eye toward one day allowing the city's name and seal to be
used in connection with a venture such as the one presented by VirtGame.

-- Selection of Europa Software to provide Internet security for VGTI's online
Gaming Software by integration of Europa's P2P Shuttle(TM) Protocol for Secure
Internet Transactions of VirtGame's gaming transactions across public networks
which enhance VirtGame's ability to insure that each gaming transaction is
secure and that a session cannot be stolen by an unknown third party.

-- An alliance with Sindhara Inc. to provide wireless gaming for casino,
lottery, race and sports book industry. This MOU establishes a framework for a
strategic relationship that leverages the synergies and activities of each
company. VirtGame and Sindhara are looking to offer an advanced wireless
multimedia platform which will offer users a number of compelling gaming
applications that can be downloaded and used over the air, anytime and
anywhere. It outlines their intent to cooperate on developing and marketing
Casino gaming, Lottery and Race and Sports Book applications for the wireless
environment. Sindhara's SuperMobile Media platform will be used as the
foundation for this system. VirtGame is looking to pioneer the use of wireless
devices for on-net gaming applications.
