Companion Technologies makes announcement.


COLUMBIA, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 1996--Companion Technologies Corp. has acquired Medical Solutions Inc., a physician computer software dealer.

Medical Solutions was founded in November 1995 as the result of a merger between 21st Technologies of Omaha, Neb. and Entre' Information Systems of Cedar Rapids Cedar Rapids, city (1990 pop. 108,751), seat of Linn co., E central Iowa, on the Cedar River; inc. as a city 1856. The second largest city in Iowa, it is named for the surging rapids in the river. , Iowa. Medical Solutions is expected to bring in revenue of over $1 million in 1996.
