Companion Technologies Names Billy Webb Chief of Sales.

Former Symbion Chief Development Officer Will Oversee Growing Sales Force

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Companion Technologies is pleased to announce that Billy Webb has joined the company as Chief of Sales, effective February 7, 2007.

Before joining Companion Technologies, Webb served as the chief development officer of Symbion, a firm that owned and managed national ambulatory care centers, from June 1999 through January 2007. Webb also served as president and chief executive officer and a director of Ambulatory Resource Centres, Inc. until that firm was acquired by Symbion in June 1999. Prior to that, Webb served as vice president and senior vice president of acquisitions and development for OrNda HealthCorp from 1991 to 1997 and as vice president of development for Heritage Surgical Corp from 1990 to 1991.
