Unusual Winter Temperatures Could Trigger More Severe Flea and Tick Infestations as Warmer Weather Approaches

If you haven't protected your pet from fleas and ticks this winter, trouble could be scratching at your door -- both inside and out -- especially now that spring is right around the corner. The unusual weather experienced throughout much of the country may lead to an earlier and more severe parasite parasite, plant or animal that at some stage of its existence obtains its nourishment from another living organism called the host.
