Companies Announce Agreement on Final Price Per Share of CACI Acquisition of QuesTech, Inc.

) and QuesTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: QTEC QTEC Quick Time Electric Cutout ) announced today that they have agreed on a final price adjustment of $0.245 per share reflecting the disposition of QuesTech's wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Notes:
In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
, QuesTech Packaging, Inc. With this agreement, CACI will acquire all outstanding common shares of QuesTech, Inc. for $18.13 per share.

The companies also announced that on September 14, 1998, the Federal Trade Commission granted CACI's request for early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Hart-Scott-Rodino Act
