Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD) is a global diversified mining company, the second largest mining company in the world, and the largest logistics operator in Brazil. , a Brazilian metals and mining company, will raise by 71.5% the price of iron ore it sells in 2005 to Nippon Nippon (nĭp`ŏn, nĭpŏn`), name for Japan, derived from Dai Nippon, meaning Great Japan.
