CompUSA Will Sell SanDisk Flash Memory; MultiMediaCards and Card Readers.

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2000

SanDisk Corporation (Nasdaq:SNDK) announced today that CompUSA Inc., will sell SanDisk's stamp-sized, flash memory MultiMediaCards and ImageMate(TM) card readers for the MultiMediaCard.

The MultiMediaCard, which SanDisk co-invented, is emerging as a popular consumer product today for storage of MP3 music in more than 75 Internet music players as well as for use in digital camcorders and smart cell phones.
