CompScript completes acquisition of Medical Services Consortium, Inc.

This reflects our strategic plan to maintain a physical presence, wherever possible, in the service areas of any acquired companies. The Company also announced that it has signed a lease agreement to open an institutional pharmacy in Jackson, Mississippi. This new facility, which is scheduled to open in February 1997, will provide pharmacy and pharmacy related services to area long-term care and sub- acute care facilities.
