CompONE Announces New Management Additions.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- CompONE Services, Ltd, the largest paperless medical billing and practice management service in the country announces additions to the management staff at their Corporate Headquarters.

Janna Heermans, a former Per-Se executive, has joined CompONE as Vice President, Central US Operations. Heermans will be the executive responsible for overseeing new client implementations, client-employee training, problem resolution and assisting with overall corporate strategic planning. She will oversee a 10 state region. Heermans has more than 15 years experience in practice management and hospital administration. She has a successful record of significantly increasing revenues for both hospital and office based specialties. Prior to joining CompONE, Heermans was employed with Per-Se Technologies. Heermans will be based in Dallas, Texas and holds a Masters of Health Administration from the Washington University School of Medicine.

Hal Nelson, a former Per-Se executive, has joined CompONE as Vice President, Anesthesia Services. Nelson will be the specialty executive in charge of supporting sales, marketing, and strategic planning in the area of anesthesia, operations auditing and compliance initiatives. As a nationally known expert in the field of anesthesia, Nelson brings a variety of expertise in helping medical practices resolve anesthesia coding, billing and compliance challenges. Other areas of expertise include Medicare billing regulations, anesthesia and pain coding, payer audit defense, Superbill review, compliance plan development and physician documentation analysis. Prior to joining CompONE, Nelson was employed with Per-Se Technologies. CompONE President and CEO, J.Paul O'Haro said, "We are pleased to have Hal join CompONE. Debra Chaney, a former iLIANT executive, has joined CompONE as Director, Electronic Health Records. Chaney will be responsible for leading CompONE's new initiative to enable physicians and medical practices to utilize electronic health record products and services via an application service provider model. Chaney is a 10-year veteran in the medical records industry and brings a variety of expertise in providing front-level support and training for the application. "Deb's prior experience and expertise will greatly enhance CompONE's electronic health record solution for our current and future physicians and clients that utilize our practice management solutions. We are excited she has chosen to join our Company," said J.Paul O'Haro, President and CEO. Chaney will be based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
