CCIRE acted as the sole broker in this transaction. Ric Kaiser, Senior Executive Director, represented the seller, a private company out of Florida.

Helen Putterman, President of CCIRE, procured the purchaser, a Florida-based partnership, which has been a client of CCIRE since its inception in 1991.

Tops Plaza is a community strip shopping center totaling 145,218 s/f on approximately 15 acres of land. The center was constructed in 1982. It was 89% occupied at closing, with 15,764 s/f vacant. Tops Supermarket and Marshall's anchor the center. Additional major tenants at the property include Casual Male, Dollar Store, Chinese Buffet, SuperCuts and Fleet National Bank.
