Community matters more.[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Institution: Bangor Savings Bank, Bangor, Maine The goal of this campaign was to reinforce the bank's commitment to supporting Maine's communities as part of launching three new branches within a new market. Community investment is pillar of the bank's business strategy and brand. Community Matters More aimed to solicit the advice from the citizens of each community where the new branches opened, in turn showing them that their philanthropic passions truly matter. As a byproduct of the effort the campaign increased awareness of both the participating nonprofit organizations and branches. The campaign enabled the branches to achieve 157 percent of their total new account openings goal. |
