Since Marrianne accepted her position in 1987, she has taken MEND from serving 2000 needy clients per year to now helping more than 29,000 recipients each month! The California State University Board of Trustees announced her appointment as president on November 16, 1999, and she took office as the fourth president of the University on July 1, 2000. California State University Enrollment Dr. Jolene Koester was named the fourth President of Cal State Northridge in 2000, putting her at the helm of CSUN's 353-acre campus, more than 30,000 students and 3000 employees.
