Community West Bancshares Reports Quarterly Cash Dividend.

GOLETA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 26, 1999--Lew Stone, president and chief executive officer of Community West Bancshares, announced that the board of directors at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 25, 1999, declared a quarterly dividend of $.04 per share, for shareholders of record on April 12, 1999, payable on April 26, 1999.

Stone said, "This is the continuation of the dividend policy established last December, and we are pleased to be able to provide a cash return to our shareholders."

Community West Bancshares is a financial services company with headquarters in Goleta. Goleta National Bank, subsidiary of the company, has two full-service branches, one in Goleta and one in Ventura, and loan production offices located in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia and Nevada.
