Community West Bancshares Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend.

GOLETA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1999--

Lew Stone, president and chief executive officer of Community West Bancshares (Nasdaq:CWBC), announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share for shareholders of record on Oct. 11, 1999, payable on Oct. 22, 1999.

Stone said, "This is a continuation of the dividend policy established last December, and we are pleased to be able to provide a cash return to our shareholders."

Community West Bancshares is a technology and financial services company with headquarters in Goleta. The company has three subsidiaries.
