Community West Bancshares' Subsidiary Changes Charter and Name.GOLETA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1999-- Lew Stone, president and chief executive officer of Community West Bancshares (Nasdaq:CWBC CWBC Constant-Weight Binary Code ), Thursday announced that its subsidiary, Palomar Savings and Loan savings and loan n. a banking and lending institution, chartered either by a state or the Federal government.
