Community Voice Mail National Office Announces Community TechKnowledge as Software Provider.

AUSTIN, Texas -- Community TechKnowledge, Inc. ("CTK"), a leading provider of online case management, call center and outcomes data management software solutions for not-for-profit organizations, and Community Voice Mail ("CVM"), a national non-profit empowering people in crisis and transition through free 24-hour voice mail access, today announced that CTK will provide CVM with a comprehensive information management and outcomes reporting software solution.

Important Work to End Homelessness

"As a key component to helping individuals who are homeless or without basic phone service, Community Voice Mail is migrating from our existing voicemail delivery system to a more robust solution utilizing VoIP (voice over Internet protocol). The CTK reporting solution, along with Cisco's Unity(TM) product, should eventually allow us to serve more communities less expensively -- enabling our programs across the country to spend the bulk of their time not on technology, but rather on people in need," explains CVM Executive Director, Jennifer D. Expanding Free Voice Mail to More Cities

CVM plans to expand their service to 68 sites by 2008, serving the Top 50 U.S. Cities by population. An estimated 65,000 people annually will use a Community Voice Mail phone number to find employment, housing and safety. CTK software will provide the technology component necessary to collect impact and outcome data, and to allow for real-time reporting. CTK's system is already operational at the Twin Cities of Minnesota CVM program, and will be incrementally deployed across all CVM sites beginning early summer of 2005 through 2008.

Community Voice Mail enrollment is free, and takes less than 3 minutes to set up. Each client receives his or her own voice mailbox, and activates it by recording a personalized greeting in their own voice. A Community Voice Mail ("CVM") number looks like any other local telephone number and therefore does not signal the client's status as a homeless or phoneless person.
