CTK software will provide the technology component necessary to collect impact and outcome data, and to allow for real-time reporting. CTK's system is already operational at the Twin Cities of Minnesota CVM program, and will be incrementally deployed across all CVM sites beginning early summer of 2005 through 2008.

About Community Voice Mail

Community Voice Mail enrollment is free, and takes less than 3 minutes to set up. Each client receives his or her own voice mailbox A simulated mailbox in the computer that holds e-mail messages. Mailboxes are stored on disk as a file of messages, a database of messages or as an individual file for each message.
