Community Preservation Corporation.


The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) announced the appointment of Kenneth D. Bell as regional director of its Rochester office. Prior to joining, he was president of HSBC Bank USA, N.A.'s Central Region, where he served as executive vice president, responsible for all of the commercial and retail business in the 22-county region. Prior to joining HSBC, Bell spent 17 years with First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Rochester, where he headed the branch network. When First Federal was acquired by HSBC, Bell was named senior vice president of the Investment Services Division. Bell holds a bachelor's degree in public accounting from Utica College of Syracuse University.
