Community NetWorks Names Larry Edelson-Kayne Vice President - Controller; 29-Year Veteran Was Forbes Controller and Took High-Tech Company Public.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 1999--Community NetWorks, a leading integrated communications provider, today announced that Larry Edelson-Kayne, a former controller of Forbes Inc. with a high-tech finance background, has been appointed vice president - controller.

Edelson-Kayne, 51, of Manhattan, has 29 years' financial management experience, spanning public and private entities and focusing on technology, media and high-growth firms. For nine years before joining Community NetWorks, he managed finance and control functions for Forbes Inc. publications, including several start-ups.
