 organizations, today announced that Northfield, MN-based Community National Bank (www.communitynational.com) has selected SEDONA as its CRM provider.

Community National Bank was chartered in 1878 and since has maintained a tradition of providing business and personal customers the highest quality and range of financial services. The bank prides itself on delivering superior service to its customers. To achieve such a goal, Community National invested in another vendor's horizontal CRM system one year ago. Once implemented, the system was unable to deliver the necessary industry-specific capabilities required for the bank to effectively manage the relationships and interactions with its customers.
