Community National Bank Names Valerie Oliver Assistant VP and Branch Manager at Headquarters Office.

GREAT NECK, N.Y. -- Community National Bank (stock symbol CBNY, OTCBB) has named Valerie S. Oliver of Woodbury, New York, an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of its corporate headquarters office at 200 Middle Neck Road in Great Neck, New York. The announcement was made by Stuart H. Lubow, Community National Bank President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Oliver will be responsible for managing the Great Neck office's day-to-day branch operations and staff, as well as for business development, community relations, and assuring superior customer service for the bank's personal and commercial clients.

Prior to joining Community National Bank, Ms. Oliver served as a Branch Manager for the Great Neck branch of Independence Community Bank; as an Assistant Branch Manager for Astoria Federal Savings Bank; and, as Cash Management and Account Officer for European American Bank.

Awarded a Proclamation for Outstanding Community Service by the Village of Great Neck in 2005, Ms. Oliver is a graduate of Long Island University at C.W. Post College, with a Bachelor's degree in psychology.
