GREAT NECK, N.Y. -- Michael Ogus of East Northport, New York, has been appointed Vice President, Small Business Lending at Community National Bank, it was announced by Stuart H. Lubow, Community National Bank President and Chief Executive Officer. He will be responsible for developing and promoting a small business lending program in the local community, focusing on SBA loans and fostering ongoing relationships with commercial clients.

Mr. Ogus comes to Community National Bank with more than 20 years of banking experience, having served as an assistant director at Astoria Federal Savings, and as an assistant vice president at Chase Manhattan Bank and IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust Company. A graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor's degree in business economics, he attended a diploma program in Bank Lending from the NYU School of Continuing Education.
